Brad Kaiman is an award-winning producer with over 15 years of experience in digital media and video production. In 1997, Brad joined Discovery Communications where he worked closely with internal and external production teams to implement cutting-edge digital video production workflow and collaboration solutions. While at Discovery, Brad held several key posts including Director of Digital Asset Management and Director of Enterprise Architecture. During that time, he also earned a Master of Arts degree in Film and Video Production at American University.

In 2005, Brad left Discovery to work as a freelance producer where he produced video and other new media content for a variety of clients including Discovery Education, Pearson Prentice Hall and the National Wildlife Federation. During that time, Brad developed and produced an award-winning children’s series for Discovery Education entitled Mesopotamia. He also oversaw production of over 300 educational video titles for Discovery Education.

In early 2007, Brad joined forces with his brother Pete to formally launch Kaiman Bros., LLC where they are working with a variety of clients to produce multi-media content and implement cutting-edge new media solutions.

Alex Bryant : Design Director

Alex has worked as editor, producer and videographer in Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC since 2007.  Understanding the clients' goals and target audience and designing a well-balanced approach is the foundation for his creative process.  

Alex has filmed, directed and edited videos for Deloitte, Coca-Cola, Children's National Medical Center, American Heart Association, National Association for Broadcasters, Arlington Mobility Lab, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, FIRST Robotics, Experian, the IMF and many others.  

Alex lives in Alexandria, VA with his wife and children and he completed his Master of Fine Arts in Film and Video at American University in 2013.


Pete Kaiman : Managing Director + Executive Producer

With more than three decades of professional experience, Pete marries business with art at Kaiman Bros.

As managing director, Pete is responsible for agency strategy and growth. Pete is also active in all aspects of client campaign planning, development, production and delivery.

Pete was born in Santa Monica, California, but grew up in Northern Virginia. He is married and has two children and currently lives in Old Town, Alexandria. Pete attended George Mason University, where he received both an MBA and a BS in Economics.

Juan Menendez

Juan Menendez : Data + Analytics Director

Juan has been architecting and delivering large scale data processing systems at Microsoft, Ericsson and Discovery for the past two decades. Juan is passionate about building analytics systems and delivering insights from all kinds of data to help businesses make informed product and services decisions. Juan holds BS, MS, PhD and MBA degrees and he sits at the crossroads of business and technology. Juan currently lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and daughter, he enjoys cycling, surfing and volleyball, and he enjoys returning home to Spain whenever possible to break bread with family and old friends. 


Emily Salazar

Emily Salazar : Copywriter, Public Relations, Sales + Marketing

Emily has spent over 20 years working in the communications and media world. First as an ABC news reporter and producer, then as a marketing specialist for a large utility company where she sharpened her skills in company branding, national PR campaigns and customer relations development. As a strong communicator, Emily has also worked with companies and non-profits to establish and build programs that are team-driven. 

 Her work at Kaiman Bros. includes production management, business development, creative writing and eLearning content development.

Emily is also a Communications adjunct professor at Northern Virginia Community College as well as founder of The M.I.A. Project, in honor of her daughter who bravely beat childhood cancer. Through The M.I.A. Project, children receive holiday packages and treats after every clinic visit and Emily openly shares her experience and wisdom in a blog for other families in the cancer world.

Emily is a Texas girl at heart having lived there most of her life, but loves living in Old Town, Alexandria with her husband and two children. She attended Texas State University as an undergrad and received her Masters in Communication at University of Texas Pan American.
