Is Kaiman a full-service production company?
Yes, we support all three video production phases: Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Our team includes creative/storyboard resources, writers, planners, full video crews, sound designers, video editors, graphic artists, colorists and many other video production resources.
Can Kaiman work with clients outside of the Washington, DC area?
Yes, we work on projects all around the world. In almost all cases we will manage pre-production and post-production service out of our Washington, DC, area office and then we can send our local crews to remote locations for production or we can mange the hiring of remote crews that work under our guidance and direction. So regardless of your locations, you can expect the same level of service and quality from our video production teams.

Does Kaiman provide translation and closed captioning services?
We have a three step budgeting process. We take pride in the fact that our budgeting process has enabled us to produce thousands of videos on-time and on-budget for hundreds of happy clients. We are always happy to provide project references, as well. Step 1: Our sales team will work with you to collect project information and discuss goals for the project. Step 2: Our sales, creative and production teams meet to review project information and to develop a production plan (including development of a creative and production approach). Step 3: Our budgeting team uses the production plan to develop you project budget. We are fully transparent with our budgeting and provide detailed quotes.
How does Kaiman develop budgets for video projects?
Yes, we have been providing streaming video services and remote meetings and webinars for our client for over a decade.
Does Kaiman provide streaming and other remote video services?
Yes, we have adjusted our pre-production and post-production services so that most of the work is completed remotely using tools such as Zoom and other remote collaboration tools. We have recently re-started in-person production days (video/filming days) where we follow strict social distancing guidelines and utilize all necessary PPE. The safety and health of our clients and crews is our top priority during these unusual times.
Is Kaiman able to continue working during Covid-19?
